What to Know Before You Order Your Eyewear
EYEWEAR PURCHASES
All sales of prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses are final. Hold down or payment in full is due at the time of purchase. Products will not be dispensed until they are paid in full.
FRAME AND/OR LENS CHANGES
If you change your mind regarding the frame and/or lenses you selected after your custom lenses have been ordered for that frame, you can select a different frame and/or lenses within 60 days from date of purchase under certain conditions.
PRESCRIPTION UPDATED & REMAKES
An office visit to recheck the prescription will be provided and new lenses will be made at no charge within 6 months of order date. Recheck visits after 6 months will be charged the usual fee.
PROVIDING YOUR OWN FRAMES
We will be happy to make prescription lenses if you choose to bring in your own frame(s). Due to the age and wear of an existing frame, they may crack or break when new lenses are inserted.
FRAME WARRANTY
If your frame(s) break under manufacturer defect guidelines, we will repair or replace them according to manufacturer guidelines from the date of purchase.
CONTACT LENSES
With regard to the sales of non-specialty soft contact lenses, any unopened & unmarked boxes may be exchanged within 90 days. Specialty lenses are final.
